By using Che VPN you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Subject
Che VPN provides access to a digital secure-connection service on a subscription basis. The service is provided “as is”.
2. Registration and account
An account is required to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Using the service for illegal activity, spam, network attacks or infringing third-party rights is prohibited.
We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
4. Payment and subscription
Access is granted for the term of the chosen plan. Payments are processed via connected payment providers.
Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the service has not been used substantially.
5. Limitation of liability
The service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
